International Shipping

At MINDFX™ Science, we ship our products to customers all over the world.

Here are a few guidelines for our international customers to keep in mind:

Please allow 10-15 business days for International shipments to arrive.

Inquire with your appropriate local governmental agencies to learn about regulatory rules and restrictions for importing dietary supplements or nutritional supplements before ordering products to avoid any last minute disappointments. Please make sure that they know that your shipment is for dietary supplements and not for drugs.

Customs Duty, Brokerage Fee and Other Charges: Most countries charge Customs duty, and the mail carrier will charge a fee for clearing the shipment. Ordering customer is responsible for the payment of these charges/fees at the time of receiving the shipment. We do not know the amount that will be charged. We do not have any control over such charges and we do not take any responsibility for these charges. We do not refund international orders on account of such issues. Regulatory Rules and Restrictions: The experience of our international customers varies from country to country, from customer to customer and from order to order within the same country based on the regulatory restrictions of the destination country, the contents of the shipment and even the discretion of the customs agent inspecting your order. Further we do not know and do not claim to know how the shipments are processed once they land in the customer’s destination country. Some countries are lenient and the customers receive their shipments as a matter of routine. Other customers experience anywhere from minor issues to substantial issues including delay in receiving the shipments, additional approval from various governmental agencies, imposition of import duties and/or outright rejection of the shipment. Yet some other countries require a local medical doctor’s prescription before a customer can pick up a shipment from the customs of their country (See NORWEGIAN CUSTOMERS section below).

In the event of delayed delivery, we request our customers to contact their local Customs Facility. It is found in the past that Customs may have a hold on your package. Once customers make contact, repossession for their package have been successful.

We ship via the USPS (Untied States Postal Service). USPS’s delivery Confirmation system is not being applied worldwide. USPS offers shipping methods that do provide a shipping confirmation for International orders: These are “Registered” or “Express mail”, but they are a lot more expensive. For the present situation, our Team has to utilize the USPS customer service to receive further details for shipments that are not traceable. Therefore, if you are unable to recover your package from Customs, kindly notify by Email and we will immediately prepare and send a total refund.

ATTENTION: NORWEGIAN CUSTOMERS (and various other countries)

We are sorry to announce that there are some restrictions that refrain MINDFX™ from delivering to some locations.

Although there are some options to consider in order to retrieve your order successfully. We have been sent some feedback from other fans relating that they have received a letter from customs while their product shipment was on hold in Norway. The Norwegian Customs had questioned our customers on the reason of use and requested a letter from their doctor that would grant them approval. Please proceed with the following options below.

These options are:

  1. Request a doctor note stating “the ingredients in the MINDFX™ product is not for medicinal use and is recommended for consumer use in Norway (or your country)”. Once this letter is received, you can simply fax the letter to us at: +1-951-461-0534 or Email. This letter can be sent to the government of Norway to grant our approval to deliver to your location. As of right now, this issue is fairly new and due to our development stage, MINDFX™ does not currently have any resources that can grant us an approval letter from a Norwegian doctor.
  2. Request a letter from your doctor for your own use that states, “The MINDFX™ product is not used for medicinal purposes and is granted to be used by patient. MINDFX™ has no ingredients that are seen or known to be hazardous to health if consumed regularly.” This letter can be given to your local Customs facility to receive your package.

RETURN POLICY

MINDFX™ Science Money Back Guarantee – The MINDFX™ Science Inc. stands behind MINDFX™ products. If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, even if you’ve used all of the products, you can return the products or the empty containers for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping and handling.

To obtain your refund, you must do the following: Call us at +1-951-461-0534 within 20 days of purchase. You will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number is valid for 30 days and must be written on the outside of the box containing the returned product(s). To receive your refund, you must return and we must receive the returned product(s) within this 30-day period, (i.e., before the RMA number expires). Be sure to write the return merchandise authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the box. You pay for return shipping.

We will not accept or issue a refunds for any packages marked return to sender or refused. If you return a package, we recommend that you get proof of shipment. Upon receipt of your returned product with a valid RMA number, a refund will be issued to your credit card.
